The Gay Games began as a dream of a few volunteers. Each edition of the Gay Games is made possible by hundreds and thousands of men and women who give their time, talent, and energy to make this event possible. The Gay Games have given rise to a vast movement of LGBT sport and culture around the world, sustained by hundreds and thousands of individuals and organisations.
