The Federation of Gay Games is made up of member organizations, represented by delegates to the General Assembly.

The General Assembly elected a board of directors that carry out the operations of the Federation, with support from FGG committees.

FGG Committees are open to board members, delegates, and volunteers. They support the board in a variety of missions: policy development, programming, etc.
