Bylaw amendments and motions
Bylaw Change Requests and Motions for the Annual General Assembly for debate must be sent to the FGG Secretary no later than 13 July 2012.

When submitting a Bylaw Change, please ensure you clearly mark the change you wish to make to existing bylaws. For a copy of the existing bylaws, click HERE..
Board of Directors nominations
At this year’s Annual General Assembly, the following positions are available for people to nominate for:
Two-year term
- Male Co-President
- Vice President – Host Relations
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Vice President – External Affairs
- Officer – Communications
- Officer – Sports (Female)
- Officer – Technology
- Officer – Culture
- Officer at Large 1 (People)
- Officer at Large 2 (Procurement)
- Officer at Large 3 (General)
Nominations need to be to the FGG Secretary no later than 13 July 2012. The Board of Directors Nomination Pack may be found here.
